“Godd for the price”

Good for the price, however the breakfast was only cereal, toast, or a waffle. Mpst other similar hotels have a bit more for the morning breakfast.

Although this hotel is showing it's age, everything was very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area was crowded but offered decent selection of food items. Pool and whirlpool areas were well maintained. Not a 5 star hotel but a good night sleep at a reasonable rate. Many kudos to the friendly, welcoming staff who were helpful and efficient.

“Good room for the price.”

Basically, this was a good room for the price, that I paid thru expedia. The Motels website wanted twice the price and I would have not stayed there for that. The room was clean, but everything was worn out - especially the bed. There has been no money spent on repairs or upkeep. I travel a lot and it was obvious to me that mgt had decided to keep their money and not reinvest it into the property. The breakfast bar was good and fresh and everything was clean. I would stay there again, because the other motels in the area charge twice as much for a night.

“Not fancy but fine!”

Stayed here one night on my way to Kansas City, MO. Spent a little time in the pool before turning in for the night. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. This is a no-frills place, but that's fine with me, I just wanted a clean place to sleep. The waffles which were a part of the continental breakfast were great. The breakfast area is kind of cramped and small.

“OK... nothing to rave about”

Did an OK job of providing the basics. I would stay here again in a pinch, but I would only cautiously recommend it to others. There certainly wasn't anything bad about my experience here.

I recently booked rooms at this hotel for my dad, grandpa, and contractor to stay at. Although their rooms were non-smoking, the hallway and even their room smelled of stale smoke as if it once was a smoking floor. The pool area wasn't bad, but was in need of some maintenance. A plus though was the breakfast was pretty good, they had belgian waffles!

“Average low cost hotel stay”

The hotel itself was a little run down and nothing special. The people at the hotel were just as you would expect- doing their job, but friendly. The entire hotel had a bit of a musty smell. But since we were there under a tornado warning, it had been raining on and off for months and we didn't die, we figured we did alright!

“Not bad for the price”

Staff was not friendly at all. The pool closes at 9 pm and we were told to be really quite because an elderly couple was staying in the room next to the pool. Room was clean but the breakfast was horrible.
