“Nice place to stay”

For the price it is a great place to stay. My only complaint is that the pool and whirlpool were very cold. Swimming was out of the question. We went shopping instead. Shops were close by. Motel was just off the interstate, so travel was easy. All in all I would stay there again.

“very pleased with Hotel”

This is the second time we stayed here. Since the last stay, have to say they have been slowly improving the rooms. They are pretty good with the sound proof of the rooms so we did not hear much outside the doors. The bed was very comfortable and ac worked great as it was over 100 the day we arrived. I needed to use my computer and the internet there was very good and was high speed. The only thing that could improve would be the breakfest area as the coffee was out and little variety of rolls and cakes. Would recommend anyone that wants a clean room and no frills.

“Great value and location”

Valley West Inn was a great value, convenient location and met our needs perfectly. We only needed a place to sleep and shower and the end of the day.

“Decent hotel”

Valley West Inn is an ok hotel in a great location. The decor is fairly dated. Do wish the TV was a flat screen. Overall it's an average hotel.

“it was alrite.”

the hotel needs 2 b remolded bad. the room is really nice but condiction of the hotel its self is not that great. the whirlpool in pool area did not work. the floors where kinda wierd going 2 our room. it was a 3 in my book of a hotel rating. i wld say if all u want is a nice hotel with a room and nice location thats what ur gettin here.

“OK except noise”

My only complaint had to do with how easily voices and noises in the hallway came into the room, otherwise accommodations were fine.

I would not recommend this hotel. Not well maintained. Wireless internet did not work. Hotel staff did not seem to care very much.

Seedy, run-down, tv did not work, clock did not work, phone did not work.

I was frustrated by the radiant floor board heating that was still on and the tempreture outside was almost 80 degrees. The air contiditioning did not sufficently cool the air and so I was extremely uncomfortable all night.

“Not recommended!”

At check in everything was fine. The gentleman behind the desk was obviously new, which is fine. When I got to my room I found that I could not access the wi-fi without a password. The guy at the front desk was clueless. The next morning I found that the shower was pathetic. No water pressure. I could barely rinse my hair. That afternoon, I had the IT guy come to my room to get me on the wi-fi and he couldn't figure it out either, even after resetting the server. In the end, I was never able to access it (which was extremely inconvenient for me) and the next morning I didn't even bother with a shower. I would definitely pay $10-$20 more per night to stay somewhere else.
