There were no problems from check-in to check-out. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Very convenient location.

Excellent location, right next to Robson Street, a couple of blocks from the metro, lots of great restaurants. A 10 minute walk to catch the ferry to the Granville Public Market. Hotel is very comfortable, staff is great. Carly, one of the concierge, is exceptionally helpful! We would stay there again. Only downer is that you have to pay for Internet and there is no free wi- fi!

This hotel was great in all ways. Close to everything, free parking on the street, clean and modern rooms, and very friendly staff.

Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean (and we are very picky). Obvious the housekeepers take pride in their job. Small details around the room were also nice: quality furniture, phones and even the screws holding the outlet and light switch covers were turned (clocked) to the same position--good job maintenance. Small details make a difference. Great location too.

There are many aspects of this hotel that are very well executed and the experience there was better than expected. The rooms are very nice, clean and well appointed with great views of the harbour and the downtown area. The bathrooms are nice and the extra sink in the room is a great touch. Perhaps the best feature is the Fitness center which is large, with numerous machines and free weights, a great pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. If this is something that is important to you I would strongly recommend this hotel as it provides membership quality services included with the price of the room.

Awesome location, great amenities including the gym. It had great machinery and very well maintained, would stay here again and would recommend to family & friends. Hotel was only a short walk (1 min) to the village.
