Top notch business type hotel. Staff very service oriented and helpful. Lobby is a rather impressive atrium.

Excellent location. Clean rooms and quiet location even though very short walk to good restaurants and shopping area. Few steps to WTC building and other business centers. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is rather limited but OK if you are not too picky. Facilities are getting little aged but upkeep is good. Still top pick of my stay in Santiago for business.

This is a great location. We walked to the beaches, Fonk museum, and out for dinners. They have secure covered parking. The staff has good English and the breakfast was great. These two nights were so much better then the more expensive one on the hill in Valpariso!

Super clean, super friendly staff, could hear folks walking on hard wood floors but this was my only 'problem' if you can call it that. About a mile walk to bus station, I probably could have found a taxi but November weather was great. Gated parking in front of B&B. Short walk to beach. I'll stay again when I return to Vina.

We had a very nice hotel room with a view of the ocen. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The internet connection was available only in the lobby but it was plenty of space and had 2 separate rooms plus a terrace. The hotel is environmentaly friendly (conserve energy and water). All electricity on the island is power generated. The rooms have no TV and no other appliances or A/C but we had a wonderful experience regardless. The breakfast was very good and had a good varity of fresh, warm breads, pastries, fruits, ham, cheese, cereal and always fresh juices. The ambiance in the breakfast area was a very pleasant experience with the view of the ocean and the beautiful native music on the background. We decided against renting a car and turned out that we made a good choice indeed! Most roads are dirt roads, in very bad shape and if you really want to experience the island you need a very good guide. The hotel has an excellent guide, his name is CRistian. He gave us a private tour and shared lots of stories about the island. Overall we had a very good time and we are thankful for the hotel staff that was so helpful. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and the hotel allowed us to keep our room without us asking for it, and this is real customer service !

very nice grounds, beautiful room; staff were helpful. Great garden with deck chairs where you can relax outside your room, and a nice patio in front of the room. Breakfast was tasty. Nice location with some restaurants close by and some beautiful moai heads nearby as well. A nice choice for your Easter Island stay!
