Connecticut Hotels

The hotel and staff could not do enough for us. Just a wonderful option when staying in the area. Great family hotel with truly outstanding customer service. We will be back!

Great hotel, gym opened 24/24, clean, nice pool, and especially very nice breakfast for about 11$, great value (real dishes, juice, eggs, etc.)

I enjoyed everything about this Hotel, i didn't get to use the pool while i was there but i wish i had because it looked very inviting and clean, the only thing i would recommend for this hotel is a workout room or a small gym area..

This hotel was a gem. Don't know how long it's been open but the room looked brand new including the sparkling bathroom. Sometimes the bathrooms look like a handyman renovation, but not this one. The room had no smell at all. Totally neutral. The one drawback was the bed. It was very, very hard. Despite that I would rate it high.

Good hotel excellent value for money , helpfull staff ,large rooms .good pool etc open early till late, could recommend a stay here.

Great experience. Helpful , friendly staff all round. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Convenient location to downtown. We liked the free shuttle service. It was a great help for pickup and dropoff. If we are in Hartford again we would probably choose to stay here.

It was extremely good--reasonable price and excellent service. It was so nice to be shuttled to and from my destination. No kitsch!! which is a relief! The room was comfortable and clean and neat and I thoroughly enjoyed myself except for being on the residue of route 95. Being an architectural historian, I even liked the external design of your mild Brutalist (style appellation) expression.

My friends came to visit me from out-of-town and for space reasons we decided to stay in a hotel together. I chose New Haven Hotel because of it's great location - between the New Haven Green and the train station. It's a quick ten minute walk to the train station, and there are so many restaurants nearby. For dinner we two blocks and breakfast was just around the corner. My friends wanted to see Yale Campus, so after checking out and leaving our bags at the desk we went there too. So there were definitely no doubts about the location! Of course, if you're not familiar with New Haven, I would be careful about exploring too late after dark. The hotel itself was so comfortable. The bedding in our room was pure white - which I loved because there was no hiding any possible dirt. The stall shower was roomy and clean. The elevators were huge- which is good is you plan on bringing a lot of luggage.
