Less than 1/2 a block from Copenhagen central station. Wonderful location to get to and from the airport. Shared facilities but had a sink in room. Wifi additional. Hotel facilities always clean. Very impressive. Would stay again.

Compact hotel close to canals and centre - short walk to metro and restaurants. Pretty good for a weekend visit. Extremely helpful staff and most certainly clean and tidy.

We had a beautiful view of the Art Museum - and enjoyed the feeling of having a "city" under our roof. Our room was clean and well maintained - the beds were comfortable. The in-room coffee was actually great too. We had a quiet and restful stay - and found the staff to be super friendly and efficient. The hotel was affordable, in a great location and had great amenities. Our room was up-to-date and perfect for traveling with a child. The roll-away provided by the hotel was fantastic with a great mattress (it was under the bed and popped up to be a full sized twin bed). The airport bus dropped us one block from the hotel - and the bus to Billund was directly in front of the hotel to travel to Legoland.

The hotel was a wonderful blend of historic opulence and modern convenience. The breakfast was wonderrful and we enjoyed the experience of dining in a solarium.

The hotel is conveniently located at the start of the main street/mall and a very short taxi ride from the station. Buses are around the corner, 100 metres away. Very handy. The hotel rooms are in several buildings necessitating a short outside walk to the main building for reception, breakfast, etc. We had superb summer weather so this wasn't a problem but it wouldn't be as convenient in winter. The staff were helpful and the hot buffet breakfast included in the price was nice. We were placed in building D which has 3 levels and no lift. In view of heavy suitcases we asked for and were given a ground floor room which was appreciated. This was a great unit with separate lounge and bedroom, each with a TV, and the biggest and best bathroom we have ever had; huge spa-bath with shower, sauna and a main shower delivering a near-waterfall experience. So our room was well above 3 star rating, had a comfortable bed, and everything was well maintained and clean. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we come to Viborg. Meanwhile I'm going home to redesign my shower!
