We arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in but this wasn't a problem. If our room hadn't of been ready, we could have left our luggage in the Porter's room and gone out to explore. Overall the Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel is ideally situated for easy access into Main Street, with plenty of places to eat and drink if you don't want to stay in. Breakfast was served in the Restaurant at the top of the Hotel with excellent views of the Rock and the Bay. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone on holiday. The downs side for Business People is the very high cost of using the internet/wifi. This is the only 4 star hotel I've been in recently that charged for this service. However, there are many places available, that don't. This aside, I would readily use this Hotel again.
