Extremely nice and outgoing hotel staff. Very comfy beds and centrally located with impressive pool, lobby, and bar. Rooms were nice, but nothing truly exceptionally extravagent. Great place to stay for a few days.

Fantastic free breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. Connected to the skywalk. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful old hotel, with great character throughout. Excellent service, prompt houskeeping, and great location. Some aging features, but this is understandable with the age of the building.

loved the full king size bed, great location, very clean, right off the highway,food @ the diner was excellent, would stay at again.

Staff was great and very helpful. I needed to fax and it was free! Most hotels have exorbitant charges. Breakfast was excellant also. Opened at 4am wow!

We stayed 3 nights and had a very relaxing, enjoyable experience with this hotel. The staff is congenial and very helpful. Breakfasts are great with a lot of variety. Walk across the street and you are at the Horseshoe Casino. I would recommend this accommodation to one and all. Pool and exercise room indoors. Bass Pro Shop also within walking distance. Try the alligator at Bass Pro. I will return to this hotel when visiting the Council Bluffs area.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, and well-place amenities. Will stay here again.

Great hotel. Courteous staff. Lack of complimentary breakfast is the only downside.
