    "Last minute visit to Vegas"
We have stayed in many hotels in Vegas- from the strip to downtown to the outskirts. We really enjoyed our room, the staff and our overall visit there. We had a nice view of the stip, stayed an extra day with no problem. Tip: if it says "Valet full"- don't believe it! For a guest, it isn't! If a restaurant says "do you have reservations "- and you don't- no problem for a guest! It was a younger crowd at night, but no worries for us! We were exhausted after the busy day! I would stay again, and the seafood shack was yummy! 😊

Very convenient location right across Penn Station all major subway lines. Hotel is good for low budget stays, rooms offer no comfort and they sometime miss cleaning room or providing towels

Hotel was great - my daughter and myself wanted to do alot of walking, so didn't want right on Time Square. We liked being only about five blocks to Central Park. We were able to walk to Time Square a couple of times. We did use the double deck bus three days. Bed was very comfortable after walking and sightseeing. Very pleased with our choice!

"Lake Buena Vista - July 2015"
My family of 4 recently stayed at Lake Buena Vista Resort for a 4 night trip to Disney World. We had also stayed at this resort two years ago for a trip to Universal. Overall, this resort is very nice for a family looking for larger accommodations than your standard hotel room. Each of my kids had their own bedroom which helped to make for a more peaceful experience. As for the unit, it was very large with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the bathroom in the master suite was very spacious with a large shower and separate soaking tub. The kitchen area was also large and updated. Another highlight of the stay was the pool as our kids enjoyed it each night. My only complaint is that we had to ask for hand towels/wash cloths as our unit was not stocked with any and then the TV in the master suite was small and an old CRT model. Also, some of the furniture is getting a bit outdated, but for the price of the unit it was still very good and I would stay again.

"Greta hotel but a couple of things need addressing"
We have recently arrived back after spending 14 nights at the Florida Hotel and Conference Centre (22 June – 6 July). After a good flight with Virgin Atlantic we arrived relaxed and ready to enjoy our stay. We had stayed there before so we knew what to expect, lovely rooms, great hospitality and friendliness from all the staff. We had asked for three quiet rooms away from the lifts. The rooms we were given were quiet but need to be upgraded, they are tired looking and need brightening up. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean except for the carpet. It had fine grit all over it and clearly had not been hoovered for a while. I came out of the bathroom barefooted on the first night only to step on a toe nail stuck up in the carpet. Disgusting. I hasten to add it was not ours. We did ask for another room and was told we could move the following day to the top floor but when we went to get those keys the rooms were not in use. Strange! We were offered other rooms for the following day but we decided to stay put as that would have put us in to our third day of our holiday and had still not unpacked whilst waiting for things to be sorted. One word of warning, when booking this hotel with Expedia. The hotel charges a fee of $18 a day per room. We fell in to the trap of believing this was covered by the taxes we paid to Expedia. It is not. You will have to pay this fee separately at the hotel. The breakfast in Marcello’s is brilliant and thanks you to all our
