North Carolina Hotels

Beautiful hotel with lots of modern character. The hotel has been recently renovated, and wow did they do a good job. All od the rooms are energy efficient and require your room key to power the A/C and lights. Very inexpensive room rates, and that cost is kept down by charging for parking ($13) and wi-fi (didnt use). The Google Maps and Google Navigation are incorrect, however you can see the hotel from the highway, and from uptown. Just navigate the one way streets and you will find it.

Great hotel for the money! Safe area... Was very clean! can't complain! Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed my stay and close proximity to the city where i was working! would recommend!

Clean room, good breakfast choices, great rate, slept well!

My husband chose and booked Hilton Garden Inn for 2 reasons: its reasonable rate and the convenience to RDU Airport. We checked in around 8 PM and left early the next morning for our airline flight to OK. My husband was also able to return our rental car to the agency and return to HGI via their shuttle that same night. It certainly made our life less complicated the following morning -- just dress, pack, and take the shuttle to our airline location.

Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to got the extra mile.

I saw some of the previous reviews and was sceptical, but the newest reviews were positive; so we gave it try. The hotel was easy to find and was close to several interstates . There were ample places to eat within walking distance; many more if one were driving. The hotel staff (Maury & Terri)were very helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. We stayed in a room with a king-size bed. The room was clean, and well stocked with toiletries, towels, coffee, etc. There was no extra blanket and no refrigerator or microwave. The temperature was easily controlled by the cooling/heating area. Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 and consisted of the standards: fruit, pastries, bagels, juice, coffee, cereal. They also had packets of grits and, I think, oatmeal. There were sausage biscuits that could be heated in the microwave and an automatic pancake maker. Checkout was at noon and housekeeping staff did not knock on my door "to see if I was there" when we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door (a personal pet peeve). For the price, I would definitely stay there again. It was better than some hotels where I've paid 3-4 times more

The name of the hotel led me to believe that it was closer than it is to the Biltmore Estate. It is actually a few mikes away.

Room was very nice and up to date. Very spacious and staff was knowledgeable and courteous.
