Ontario Hotels

We loved the location, Subway is at your front and back door, right on the corner of King and Yonge Streets. Very central to everything including shopping, waterfront, theatre district and more. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

Perfect! Amazing service throughout! Everyone was very helpful and the room service was quite fast and delicious. You have quite a few choices in terms of restaurants and where you want to eat or go for a drink. There's easy access to the health club that has a gym and pool / hot tub. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and the bed was extremely comfy! The hotel staff delivered the morning paper (we had our choice of which paper) first thing and we had our check-out invoice waiting early in the morning in case we wanted to do a quick check-out via telephone or television. It was hard leaving the hotel the next morning as we had such a great, relaxing experience. Five stars through and through.

The hotel is handy to everything. The room was roomy and clean. There was a small window that could be opened. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Nice hotel. Kind of a long walk to the strip if you have young kids but not too bad.

Wifi should be included at such a high-end hotel. There was a elevator repairer strike affecting the promptness of the elevators, and the hotel was doing some remodeling, but not once did I see a worker fixing the things that was being remodeled.

Awesome view, great service, fast response by staff when we needed anything. Super fast valet service too.
