    "Excellent hotel for transfers."
We stayed here one night as we had a 6:00 am LIAT flight to Barbados the next morning. The style is old British colonial, the rooms are spotless and the staff very, very hospitable and helpful.

"First class at a budget rate!"
I found the Rich View on Expedia by sorting on "cost" for my travel dates, and this was the cheapest hotel I could find, so I wasn't expecting much in terms of "niceness". But boy was I wrong and extremely pleased when I arrived. Rich View is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I've stayed in for a long time! I had a corner room that was spotless, there was a King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a "wrap-around" balcony facing the sea, and the owner (Michael) and his family were super nice. Pick-up and drop-off for the airport were included, along with a "continental" breakfast, which was generous enough to more than fill me up. I would go back to the Rich View.

    "Wonderful resort!"
The hotel was beautiful - right on the beach and well maintained. The photos on the website are quite nice but the reality of this place is even better. The food was excellent but it is pricey so be prepared (at least $100 for 2 for dinner, no alcohol). The staff was friendly and caring. The sand beach is perfect for strolling, swimming, laying out (the chairs are set up each morning with pads and towels and the beach was raked each morning). I did not snorkel at the resort beach but heard there was good snorkeling near the rocks a little ways into the bay. The rooms all face the ocean and each had a balcony or porch open to the ocean. The windows had screens so you could hear the ocean at all times with few bugs. There are mosquitos so bring a bug repellant but the bugs weren't bad enough to stop me from sitting on the balcony every day. A/C unit worked fairly well. The one negative comment - if you are looking to tour the Tabago Cays, do not book through the hotel. The crew they booked for us was not good at all. However, if you take a short stroll past the Pirate Cove Bar to the Canouan Dive Center and book a trip with Vaughn and Kai, you will not be disappointed. The trip with Vaughn and Kai was wonderful as the guys are friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Snorkeling with Kai was great! I would definitely recommend this resort and island if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation where spending time on the beach, snorkeling, and diving are your goals.
