First class in every way. Expensive but everything in Geneva is.

We arrived early, the people on reception were very efficient, stored our luggage and checked us in. We were able to have a look around the city and when we got back- still early for check in they had a room available for us. Very friendly, cookies & fruit available and tea & coffee available in the room. That was fantastic, dining out in Geneva is expensive so it was great to find 2 supermarkets within walking distance. We were also so close to the railway and the lake. Highly recommend this Hotel to tourists, great location, welcome & comfort. What more could you want. Thumbs up.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, restaurants and cafes. Just few minutes walk to Lake Geneva. Eventhough it is near the train station and a major road, the hotel room was very quite. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staffs were helpful even provided me with an electric fan when I complained about the hot weather in Geneva. A travel pass was given for city of Geneva. The breakfast was not lavish but the choices were good enough for the few days stay. Will definitely stay there again when in Geneva.

Fantastic. Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, great location. This is a nice quiet hotel a short walk from the Train station in Old Town, and a short walk to the main shopping street. Plenty of different restaurants close by offering a good variety of different cuisine. There are other hotels close by, but the Ruetli was fantastic. Many thanks to management and staff, we will use this hotel again next time we are back in Zurich

Excellent location, only a few hundred metres walk from Zurich Station. Friendly and efficient welcome. WiFi that works. Cocktail bar has excellent selection of house and standard cocktails and the 2 Piano players we saw on Friday and Saturday night were very good. Multi-lingual staff so I didn't need to atempt German, could stick with the more familiar English (or French). Well equipped, good sized rooms with all of the necessary services and facilities.

My third stay at Hotel Bristol, and I will be back next time I visit Zurich on business. A short 5 minute walk from the main station, in a quiet city street and close to many good restaurants. The hotel Bristol successfully achieves competitive pricing with friendly helpful staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Great stay great staff especially Rakel from bar. Front of house staff super And informative. Room super clean comfortable etc Only limited food choice at the BLock House restaurant next door. Nice walk in showed and comfy duevets. Thanks

Great location, helpful hotel staff. Close to bus and tram, passes supplied by the hotel. Wonderful time.
