Venezuela Hotels

It was great staying at this hotel. The previous reviews were very disturbing with comments like no towels, soap, cleanliness, etc But it's a perfect hotel with good service and cleanliness. It's located in the prime place and business travel is just so convinient and close. Besides its location is quite safe, and this is very important in Caracas. The breakfast is not lavish but is sufficient. I would stay here again.

Over priced. The staff at the reception desk and the cleaning staff were wonderful. The breakfast staff was horrible. They did not clean tables on a timely manner, the food was always cold. 45 minutes before breakfast ended, they did not have food available. The staff was not friendly.

This is definitely a five star hotel and I felt like a movie star. I stayed with my mother and my two year old daughter. We loved the pools and we had a great time relaxing in the hot tubs. We also loved having Benihana in the hotel. Overall I felt like I found a hotel for life. I can honestly call the eurobuilding Caracas my second home.

This will never be a 5 star hotel but we were made welcome and it was clean and tidy. I have given it good scores for the price. The bonus was that there was an english speaking person to help us check in, which is unusual in venezuela outside a resort. The breakfast was a toasted cheese and ham sandwich and coffee, which was good and fresh. It should be noted that there appear to be smoking rooms, but the slight smell is taken away with the air conditioning, which is new and works well. There seems to be a nightclub next door, but we did not hear it (it was a thursday night) It is right on the beach, but you may not be as lucky as us with the sea views.
