Only stayed for one night but the service was great the bed was super comfortable and very clean.

Very easy check in. Hotel was very clean & tidy. It was quite big, lots of space, 3 big mirrors, lots of chairs and 2 comfortable single beds. It was only about 2 blocks from the city's mall/shopping area and had a free tourist bus (red cat) stop out the front of the hotel. I would stay here again & highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in the most wonderful location,beaches right by the hotel, wineries close by, lovely coastal walks,but you might not want to leave the hotel as it has everything you need.

wonderfully relaxing break Staff couldn't do enough for us

The only thing, I was left to long waiting to check in while the front desk person was discussing about staff training with a management rep. Didn't need to hear that and should have continued after I the guest had checked in. He was helpful giving me information booklet run down. Came to hotel to get away and relax on a Thursday night, it was lovely.

the accomodation is basic but very conveniant in broome old town and great value with lots of space. both pools are excellent with the pool at moonlight affording spectacular views over the bay. what i really liked about bayside was the staff- i found them to be very helpful, and very professional. in particluar steve who works on the front desk. he is so efficient, friendly and professional- helping out an old traveller who arrived without transport by sending someone over to check me in on the doorstep to my apartment,MOST appreciated in the broome midday sun! also informing us of their facilites, providing towels/shower etc after we had checked -out. Excellent service! thank you very much,

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Will stay there again
