Hello Martell, you checked in to room 125 and told the front desk staff you had no heat. Our maintenance staff & head housekeeper makes sure the heat was on and we rechecked the room after you were moved to 132 and still the heat worked very well as we checked another guest into that same room after you moved and no complaint. You were moved to 132 you had zero complaints as you stated in your review, roaches, blood-stained sheets, just terrible. We had zero roaches & we do not place blood-stained sheets on any beds. I find it interesting as well that you stayed enjoyed the room checked out and had zero complaints to the staff. Thank you, Staff & Management,

Hello Christopher, I am sorry you said your TV did not work we looked you up and you stayed in 134. Our maintenance staff and front desk staff ensures the TV's work prior to check in and the front desk staff is trained to program the TV's If & when a guest may hit the wrong button on the remote if they do not work, and they help as requested and needed. There was also nothing noted in the logbook that you complained about your TV. Thank you.
