Pros: Nothing
Cons: Teardown and build a new building.
Location: Metropolitan Detroit, need I saw more. Best thing to do is LEAVE and go to somewhere decent.
Awful. Everything worn. Dirty. Stench of stay cigarette smoke in a no smoking room.

Pros: Price is a selling point for this hotel and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: Overall cleanliness of the room, better wifi and their free breakfast isn't much, just some coffee and donuts.
Location: I used this hotel because I had an interview with General Motors and it's close to their technical center, as well some restaurant chains nearby.
My overall experience was disappointing even though I wasn't expecting much due to the price of the room. The hotel staff is excellent though. The rooms could be cleaner and this causes myself to feel uncomfortable when sleeping. Also there was a red stain on the floor (not sure what that could be).

Not one of my best experiences. The staff are pleasant and helpful, but they are working with an outdated facility that is in need of some serious work.

The room smelled like mildew & the floors were completely damp. The sheets and blankets had slashes and burn holes in them . The room was not cleaned at all.

We booked 2 non smoking rooms, they smelled of smoke and although they came and sprayed a deodorizer which smelled like an insecticide an hour later the smoky smell was back , it even clinged to everything we had . One of the rooms was avarage the other was in terrible condition with wholes in the walls and the furniture Everything was old and squeaky and u felt the toilet us about to fall once u sat on it . The cleaning staff must have been in vacation as the carpet was stained and all sorts of trash under the bed. The continental breakfast was a bagal and bad coffee without even creamers or enough cups . This hotel needs some serious renovation and attention to cleanliness and services or no one will ever come back to it. As my husband put it ... It was the worst hotel we ever stayed in by far. Truly disappointed in everything about it.

It wasn't a bad place don't get me wrong but when u walk in and there's prices of the wall missing and racks in the bathroom being held up by string that's a problem
