“Great Place To Return To Next Time”

I can't take the credit for choosing Baymont Inn to stay, but have only fine words to rate my stay. Reservations were made by my Grandmother, who could not have chosen a nicer place. The room were very neat and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Appreciated the airport shuttle and nearness to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will choose the Baymont Inn on future trips. Very nice.

“Will stay here again”

After reading other reviews I was worried about staying here, but needed an inexpensive place. Check in was quick, courteous. Little nervous as there was a musty smell in the elevator. Arrived at room to a door that stuck a little, but when I opened the door found an impeccable room. Clean, white sheets, on a very comfortable, clean bed. Clean, white towels hung. Only complaint would be the smaller size shower/toliet area, as I am plus size. But will defintely be staying here again on future trips

“DTW Airport hotel”

The hotel was nice and clean -great for overnight stay if you have an early flight. One restaurant within walking distance. Thought it was closer to airport and also - the shuttle has a schedule (not showing when you want it) as it goes to other hotels. But overall - nice place to stay.

“Room booked through Expedia does not exist at hotel”

I reserved a room at this hotel because it was one of the few that still offered smoking rooms near the airport. The desk clerk reviewed my copy of the Expedia res at check-in and gave me a key. My door had a clearly marked "no smoking" sign on it. I returned to the desk and was informed that the hotel went smoke-free over a year ago. So, on top of the incorrect Expedia room availability and CONFIRMATION, the desk clerk completely ignored the smoking room request in print and, I suppose, expected me to spend the next 12 hours or so running downstairs and out the front door in my jammies. I LEFT!

“Great hotel near DTW”

We had a nice stay here. The location is good, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Plus, the rate was very affordable.

Good hotel for the money. Nice breakfast and although older, the rooms were clean and appeared well taken care of.

“The Only Little Hitch ...”

The only little hitch in our stay at the Romulus Baymont was with the electronic room key cards. On three or four occasions, in spite of our taking precautions not to let them get too close to any magnetic fields, the cards lost their ability to open our hotel room door. After several trips down to the main desk, I was getting just a tiny little bit perturbed.
