“Nice”

Front desk clerk was helpful and kind. Checking out was fast. Nice hotel, has everything anyone may need. The room was spacious. The bathroom was medium though. The wireless internet was slow and I was not able to connect at all.

“the pink castle”

Its the pink building off the highway...the rooms are huge and equipped with everything. I just ended up staying there the whole time...this area is not what you typically think of detroit. Good food and shopping is just a street away.

Reasonably priced. Very comfortable, clean, and up-to-date decor. Great fitness room. Good location.

I only stayed overnight on a business trip. I had no issues. A minor detail that bothered me a little was the very dim light when you are in the bath tub. Would definitely go back again.

We had planned this trip to visit Greenfield Village and Ford Museum and these attractions were just down the road. When we first entered our room there was a musty urine smell --but the room was very clean and had everything we needed including fridge. Service was very good and the atmosphere of the entire hotel was beautiful with inner courtyard with great indoor pool area. When we bought our tickets to attractions at the hotel we were given vouchers for free breakfast which was excellent. We enjoyed our three nights and would definitely stay there again! Also was great to be able to have our dog with us for the stay.

“Loved it”

I loved all the amenities that came with this room. It was very comfortable. And the Bath & Body Works bathroom samples were a very nice touch. The restaurant on the property had great food at reasonable prices.

“Great Hotel - Good Location”

Best Western Greenfield is a very nice hotel in many ways. Room was a nice size, was furnished well and was very clean. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good and moderately priced. The location is great for those going to Greenfield Village or Ford Museum. Also close to shopping mall and many restaurants.

“An Excellent Stay”

We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool area very much including the weight room. The food in the restaurant was very good and did a great job with our specific diet. Also, the wait staff was extremely pleasant.

“Treated us so well...”

This is our second stay here and we stayed two nights this time! One point that stuck out: after housekeeping went through the room after our first night, we smiled and were touched when we saw that not only did the maids make up our king bed, but they "made up" my 4 month old's Pack N Play as well as my 2 yr old's sofa bed mattress by folding up their "blankeys" and placing their "loveys" on the blanket. The pool is well maintained but the sauna needs fixin'. The restaurant is good but we didn't frequent the pub. The free in-room wireless rocks as does the free lobby access. And, nothing beats the fresh baked cookies at the front desk!
