Trip Back Home

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: I would put add a capability for guests to be able to email scanned documents to themselves and their businesses
Location: It is next to the Henry Ford Museum in Greenfield Village.
The staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel is decorated in Victorian architecture mixed with present day accommodations. LG television, nice Jacuzzi, and a pool. The restaurant served very delicious food and the bar staff was very pleasant.

GARTH Brooks concert

Posted Mar 4, 2015
We got to the hotel about 3:30 and checked in. The staff was courteous, we went to our room and it was clean. We got 2 rooms and we were pleasently surprised that they were adjoining! We went to O'Charlies to eat (which was great) and ended up staying there until 9pm. After the 10:30 concert we came back to the hotel and went to bed. When I got up the next morning we went back to O'Charlies to eat then I went to the hot tub until 11 advance the. Checked out at noon. It was very pleasent.

Nice themed hotel

Posted Feb 23, 2015
The hotel was beautiful and reflected the heritage if the area in the decorations using pictures of older model cars on the walls. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. The pool looked nice and even though it was winter I saw a coi pond with the coi still swimming around in the icy water.

Great place close to Ford Museum

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Restaurant and bar in the building. Good food, great drinks and pleasant/friendly staff.
Cons: Make a TV guide available.
Location: We were in the area to attend a baby shower. Didn't go to the museum or Greenfield Village but knew they were very close and convenient to visit.
Got to the hotel after dark on a February evening. Greeted with fresh baked cookies, which were available every night! Had the deluxe standard room. It was roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Don't Expect Much

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Paper thin walls could hear person in room next to me snoring over the TV. I could also half hear the person in the room on the other side while they were on the phone. There is also an electric heater on the wall that pretty much drowns the TV out when heat is blowing. Nobody shoveled the space between the hotel and the parking so you have to wade through 2 foot of snow or walk to the very end of the parking lot to use the only path they have provided. Also you get basic antenna tv unless you pay extra for it.

Weekend Getaway

Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness
Location: Greenfield Village is not far and it is also close to downtown Detroit and the stadiums
We just wanted to get out of the house for a couple of days and this is a good place to go. The pool and whirlpool area is very nice and the staff is always courteous.
