“Good job, Best Western!!!”

I booked 3 rooms for my family and friends thru Expedia. When we checked in the hotel receptionist said they ran out of rooms with double beds (which was specified in the reservation) and placed us in rooms with a king size bed and jacuzzi - all for the same price (which is fair). The hotel is located across a shopping mall which is so convenient if you need to do some shopping. All in all, it was a truly enjoyable stay.

“Impressed Again”

Once again, this hotel exceeds expections for its class. It was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast food was excellent with a great selection of choices, etc... One night, the manager provided an impromptu dinner free of charge!!! And, one member of the housekeeping staff actually wrote a thank you note for the tip we provided and left it in our room! I said this last year and I'll say it again - I will always stay here when visiting Detroit, Ann Arbor or surrounding areas. Highly recommended and for a great price.

“Perfect place to stay”

Breakfast was great. Never needed anything else. Loved having coffee, water and teas availble all day. Dining area was clean, pool was small but well-maintained. Our king bed suite was huge and very comfortable. Nice seating outside. We were there a week and and honestly could not have gone anywhere better, especially for the cost. Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and freeway. Absolutely nothing but praise for our stay there.

“Great Price, Great Room, Lousey Snow Plow Service”

King room with jetted tub was fantastic. Mattress was so good we are looking into one just like it for home. The only down side of the stay was the heavy snow we'd gotten was irresponsibly plowed in a way that left me digging myself out after check-out.

“Great Experience”

Sometimes people say, "You get what you pay for!" In this case...we got far more. Our room was clean. Housekeeping cleaned it every morning of our 3 day stay. There was fresh breakfast every morning! The pool was clean. It was a great experience...

“Wonderful stay”

Only complaint is we had a room near lobby. Some people chose to stay up until all hours of morning chatting in lobby. We could hear their voices clearly. Otherwise, everything was grand. We would stay there again, just make sure room was far from lobby.

“Good Value”

The Best Western in Livonia, MI is not fancy, but it is neat, clean and convenient to where I need to be. I feel safe and comfortable there.

This hotel has been newly remodeled and is well cared for. The breakfast buffet was great, and complete with eggs, potatoes and fruit. The exercise room has weights, as well as aerobic equipment. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helped with directions for local area. Excellent and very enjoyable stay. Hotel was very quiet, which was very important, and had good sleep while at the hotel.

this hotel was as good or better than hotels in the same area costing $30-$50 more per night
