“NYC Without the Attitude”

It was a wonderful stay with no problems. The service was outstanding. The room was updated and clean. The location was close to public transit. The value was comparable to other hotels of the same quality.

“Amazing trip!”

My room was upgraded for free due to computer problems while checking in. Staff was very apologetic and was willing to accommodate. The rooms were beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Definitely much bigger than we anticipated. The water park staff was very friendly and the park was perfect for my 9 year old son. Even us adults had fun! Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back someday!!!!

“Best Western Sterling Heights”

This is very good hotel that I use for business whenever I'm visiting Sterling Heights. Overall it’s affordable, clean and comfortable with some very good amenities... The hotel staff is helpful and the restaurant food is great... Full English breakfast every morning included in the price along with complimentary drinks in the evening… Simply put, it’s a good place to stay when your away from home…

“Great for Kids”

Great hotel, clean, price reasonably, and the water park was great for my 7 and 5 year old boys. Overall we had a great time and will go back soon.

“Celebrating sons 13th”

This was by far thee very best hotel I've ever stayed in! From the complimentary water park when you stay, To the Restuarant inside the hotel. It was absolutely breath taking. My kids loved every minute of staying there! We will be back!

“Great family spot, other travellers decent”

This hotel is an excellant place for families with an indoor water park which is unique to the area. For a single traveller, tired from the day it is a bit noisy as the halls have constant traffic. The hotel restaurant seemed fine, I had a good meal and a very poor one. The staff is responsive. The hotel is convenient as an event location with large rooms for weddings or business seminars, and many people can be accomodated with plenty of rooms. For the price I paid it was great, but at full price I think the management should pay a little more attention to the cleanliness and mechanical function within the rooms.

VERY NICE HOTEL BUT IF YOU GO ON THE WEEKEND DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THE WATER PARK AS IT IS SO PACKED AND IT IS SO BUSY IN THE HOTEL IT IS HARD TO EVEN GET ANY SLEEP AS THERE ARE KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAYS AND SCREAMING THEY HAD TO MOVE US TO THE TOP FLOOR WHERE IT WAS A LITTLE MORE QUIET.

My room looked like it had not been vacuumed when I arrived. I could definitely smell cigarette smoke in a room that was designated non-smoking.

“Fun in the pool.”

Overall it was a good experience. The rooms were a little outdated but overall it was a good experience that allowed the kids to have fun in a pool in the middle of winter.
