Amazing rooms. I booked a deluxe 2 queen beds and they gave a corner suite with great view

This was an experience of its own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were right on the river, and as a family were able to take full advantage of the park just across from the hotel and the nice walk along the water. We were very close to a variety of amenities (food, shops etc). Service was absolutely SUPERB, people holding the door for you, opening the car door, bring all your luggage to your room for you.....not to mention the valet parking. That was totally convenient! Our room was nice and clean and we had a lovely view of Windsor, the river and Detroit. It won't get much better than this. Thank you so much!

Clean, comfortable. Only compliant is that the mini frig was loud, it seemed to wake me up a few times during the night.

It was great, close to everything as well as detroit.

Although this is a casino, there should be a pool available for children. When I come from out of town, and stay in a room (not on the casino side), I would like for my child who is 13 years old to be able to swim, while I am able to stay at a luxury hotel.

Came to stay at hotel. Central drop off valet. Had to walk a distance to check in. No impressive lobby on entering hotel. No convenant entry- 2 flights of stairs from street to entry doors then only security guards at gambling floor to direct you to check in which was across full width of cascino. Then back to nearly where you started to get escalator up to elevators. Poorly marked and even employees had hard time directing you...... go west, then turn past 15th row of slots, don't pass go, then right and then ask someone over there as direction signs aren't readily apparent. They needed directional carpet lanes to follow. Coming across from Michigan at night, had to use exchange machines on cascino floor as USD not accepted by machines or at tables. Needed more exchange machines. Room service good. Dated bathrooms. Otherwise just OK.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is my favorite in the downtown Windsor area. Very clean and modern, and the beds are very comfortable! The parking is free and the parking garage is bright and non-threatening. Room service was reasonably priced and tasted great. I have one complaint about the layout of the building and the unclear check-in procedures. When you park, you have to walk through the casino to the one wing of the hotel where the check-in counter is. If your room is in the other wing of the hotel, you have to walk back through the casino with your luggage to find your room. We had to stop a few times to ask staff members and strangers where we were supposed to go. Besides that, I enjoy this hotel and will definitely be back!

The hotel was what we expected it to be. Very clean and modern, very good location with very fiendly and helpful staff. We will definitely go there again.

The hotel was excellent in all respects. We saw a concert at the Colesseum. Great venue !
