I liked the area it was a convenient location to my relatives. My only disappointment was that there was no rubber mats in the shower. The shower floor was slippery and i fell while taking a shower

My family really enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel, friendly greetings from Heather. Our room was very clean. Nice hot breakfast. Close to everything. Will come & visit again!

Desk clerk was rude and confrontational ,said he could not find my reservation. After leaving and going to another comfort inn down the road, the nice lady at that one found it with little to no effort. I have stayed at that comfort inn for twenty plus years. Never will I stay there again.

Friendly and clean
The staff is very friendly and efficient. My room and the common areas were very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was hot and good - sausage links, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal with a limited amount of fruit and yogurt. Housekeeping only seevices the room after 3 nights but will provide cleaning or supplies upon request. I would stay here again.

Could be better, breakfast was just Soso waffle machines not working up to par leave in for little longer to cook fully. Feel like staff watches you the entire time you eat, very uncomfortable. Noisy on weekend nights from I’m guessing bar crowds

When I checked in I was given the key to room 227 I believe and it was so dirty and unsafe. Then I was told I would be staying in room 327 when I was originally told there were no rooms available on the 3rd floor. A few minutes later I went to the venting machine and it was broken it took my 5$ and when I told the clerk downstairs she had an attitude and slammed my 5$ back that she took of the register and stormed away. Will never stay here again

Clean, comfortable and convenient and a good price. But, they should tell you that they add in fees for the room safe, even if you do not use it. You can request it be removed

A basic no-frills hotel. The stay would have been fine if not for how little sound insulation there was. I could hear conversations in the next room and the television non-stop to the extent that it was hard to sleep. Walking down the corridor I could hear plenty of noise from other rooms so I don't think it was just people in the next room blasting the TV.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were acceptable in comfort. Pool was a great addition for the children. Extended check out for 1 hour was easy to arrange

Bait and switch.
My stay was ok they charged my more than the Hotels.com quote at check in by $17 without any real explanation other than I booked through a third party. It has never happened before so it was not a good start to the stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not sure I would stay there again based on the price change but the employees were nice

My husband is handicapped and of course the assessable room was on the second floor. When are hotels going to learn that handicapped people can’t climb stairs. The elevator was out of order when we came down for breakfast. My husband had to sit down on the stairs to get to the first floor. So painful and emotional for him. Comfort Inn doesn’t seem to care about handicap people.
