“Better than expected”

“Very relaxing weekend.”

My fiance' and I came here to just get away from all the stress that comes from planning a wedding and that's what this hotel did. It was completely stress free, the gentleman at the front desk was more then friendly and patient. We left the hotel room once, about 90% of our weekend was spent at the hotel and I can't express how happy I am with it. The bed was comfy and they had room service. It's an outside caterer so it'll take 45-an hour for food to come, but that's like having a pizza delivered to your house. Talking about pizza, I don't recommend the pizza from their caterer, but you can't blame the hotel for that. I do recommend "Dan Good Pizza" which is advertised in the rooms. If you stay at this hotel you will not regret it. My fiance' and I are already planning to have this as our hotel the night of the wedding.

“Excellent service and quality for the price.”

My fiancee and I stayed here the night of our wedding after getting married at Wolcott Mill's Camp Rotary by the water. The rooms were clean, the service was great and breakfast was more than sufficient. I happened to find a sale through Expedia, so we saved quite a bit of money!

“Would Stay Again!”

At first glance, you are left to wonder 'what have I gotten myself into' - but once you are greeted by the desk personnel you will reliaze that you made the right choice. Everyone from the desk to the maids were so friendly. Breakfast was really good, nice choices and very satisfying. The room is well appointed - they have tried to update but still shows signes of wear - very clean and that is most important. We selected the hotel because they allow pets - no charge I might add - and plenty of room for Roxxy to roam and do her business - walks too. We would absolutely stay here again - close to everything and convenient to major highways.

“A pretty good deal!”

Comfort Inn in Utica is fine, and a real deal pricewise compared to the other hotels in the area. Caveats: The lobby seems to be in need of a makeover, the common hallways do still smell of smoke, and the elevator gives a little bump every so often, but the room itself was clean as a whistle and extremely spacious. I'd have to say the furniture is a bit of a mish-mash, not certain all of these pieces go together, but all in all a nice stay, given the price. Friendly and helpful staff!

If you seeketh a chain restaurant, there are about four million of them within a two-mile radius. You will not go hungry.

“Would definitly stay again”

Pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. Sheets and bedspreads could use some replacing as there were cigarette burns in them. Carpet was not swept on a daily basis. But overall it was a great value for the price.

“Decent Hotel in Decent Location. Value for Price”

Rooms good, Large screen TV but not HD. A little difficult finding entrance from GPS address. Hallways a bit smoky, but rooms werent (as another reviewer noted) I'd stay again without a problem.
