“Concert Trip”

The hotel was wonderful...clean, comfortable, and close to the Palace. Great trip to see a concert with my daughter. The pool was a little cold, but not too bad.

“Minor issues.”

The only issues we had was that the remote in our room didn't work, the young girl at the front desk gave us another, which also didn't work. So I had to kneel in front of the tv till I found a station to watch. While my husband & son were at the Pistons/Lakers game just 2 min away, I wanted to watch it on tv, but it wasn't available thru the cable provider the hotel uses?? We had one roll of toilet paper that was almost empty when we checked in & had to get another & also bring in our own kleenex from the car, although there is a kleenex dispenser in the room, that too was empty. The shower knob is loose & difficult to adjust the temperature & you have to run the hot water for several minutes till it warms up.

“Nice”

We stayed here for an event at the Palace and it was pretty nice. However, the pool looked a lot larger online than it actually was. Overall-good stay

“Enjoyed my stay”

The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The had a great hot continental breakfast. The rooms where clean and very spacious.

“Nice Stay”

The employees were really nice and we were even able to check in a few hours early. The pool and hot tub were pretty nasty, and I could not bring myself to get into the water. The room was petty clean but could have felt a little clearner. It is not a bad place to stay.

“Good Hotel”

We only stayed overnight but it was good. They only had one small elevator for guests. And there was what we suppose was supposed to be a light over the mirror but it was just capped off wires sticking out of the hole in the wall. Other than that it was a good hotel and I would recommend staying.
