Pros: location
Cons: stop charging for breakfast
Location: variety
my stay was okay, breakfast could have been better for the price you pay ( remember there are coney Islands all around the area)

everything was OK. But Expedia.com doesn't inform you off the $100 liability deposit needed at check-in.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize about the confusion with the deposit. We do need to have a credit card on file since your reservation is prepaid through Expedia. However, the deposit gets back into your account upon check out if you don’t use it. Thank you

It snowed and they cleaned all the car windshields on the parking lot. Including mine.... THANKS., That alone was worth it......

Clean and Comfortable

Service was very good. Very friendly. Got there late during snow storm. Only problem was no fast-food restaurants or regular restaurants nearby. Price was good. Good breakfast (even though I had to pay extra for it).

Friendly staff and comfortable room

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a concert at the Crofoot Ballroom. It was really close to our destination and the lady at the front desk was very nice. We were $0.65 short when buying a drink from the shop and she lent us the money. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the hotel overall was great. Only negative thing was that you have to pay $9.00 to eat breakfast; it's not complimentary.
