“Great Service”

I had a very nice time staying at this hotel. Very nice people & great service. Would i go back? You betcha.

“Beautiful room”

Although we were there less than 10 hours our stay was very nice. Location was key as relatives lived across the street. Very clean. Showers had excellent pressure. Front desk was very friendly. My only question was, I wasn't sure if the breakfast downstairs was complimentary or not - but we were in a hurry and ate on the run. Wish our stay had lasted longer.

Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. Hotel room was comfortable. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Almost seemed like we were the only guests staying there.

We were in town for a reunion and this was a great location close to everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was they stopped serving breakfast on weekdays at 9:00 am so we missed out. Other than that it was a great stay.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, and have been satisfied every time. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom and I love the Davie's Gate shampoo etc! (that was new this visit.) Excellent breakfast too. We have stayed after the Piston's games and been very satisfied, just a short drive from the Palace. Friendly staff too, very important to me.

Hotel was practically brand new. 24-hour availability to snacks (including beer!) at reasonable prices near the hotel desk a big plus, especially if you arrive late. Express checkout was helpful.

“Enjoyed my stay”

I went on a weekend get away and wanted access to Great Lakes Mall. I had a great time. The customer service was superb especially a night time desk representative named Shaniya or Janaya (i think). The first room had some housekeeping issues with dead ladybugs on the window ledge. We were quickly moved to another room and she followed up to make sure everything was ok. I also selected the breakfast included option which made it real convenient for us. Also the location is very near to the Palace of Auburn Hills.
