“Always a Faithful Option”

This Courtyard has never failed to deliver on the promises of the Marriott and Courtyard name. The staff we came in contact with were friendly and very courteous, our room was well prepared for our arrival in all expectations and the extra "perk" of the summer breakfast special made it all the more appealing. We have family in the area and do hotel overnights frequently. Courtyard is always on our list.

Great hotel! Very clean, excellent breakfast, hottub and pool were great, comfortable beds. One of the best I have stayed in!! I would go back to Utica just to stay in this hotel again!! Price was amazing as well!

This hotel is just far enough off the main highway to give you a bit of privacy but close enough for the convenience of great shopping and fabulous dining. It is superior as far as cleanliness and comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there on any future trips to the Utica area.

My wife ordered a TV episode by mistake (they should include added security in the process, such as, "are you sure you want to rent this program?") and we needed late checkout: both were handled effortlessly and professionally, to our complete satisfaction.

“Utica's Courtyard by Marriott”

We checked in very late and the clerk was very courteous and helpful. There were a few restaurants nearby so the location was convenient. It's a nice hotel, pretty standard for Courtyard from my experience except for their breakfast buffet which was a joke. They couldn't keep enough plates stocked for the guests so you had to wait around until they brought a fresh supply (of 5 or 6) out. The drink machine was out of cranberry deink so all you got was pale pink water. There was no butter for toast. The water was self service but no one told me, they just didn't bring water to the table. Although the price ($7.95) seemed reasonable, it wasn't when you consider that they couldn;t keep the few food items stocked either. They should probably just forget about offering a buffet. You ahould plan on breakfast somewhere else.

“Great Value”

This hotel is located to a wide variety of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Also, the breakfast offered with our stay was very good and handy because you didn't have to drive off site. Staff was very courteous and accomodating. The only negative comment we have is that it may be a little difficult to find this location for new travellers not familiar with the area. We found that the lack of street lighting, along with the lack of signage leading to the hotel caused some confusion especially since our arrival at the hotel was at night. This area is fairly new and hopefully this issue will be improved in the future.
