Elevator was broken and rooms weren't cleaned. There was red sauce all over the curtians, an old water bottle in the refrigerator and pumkin seeds between the bed and the wall. The pool was great along with the happy hour and breakfast. Check in and out was a breeze.

The room had a huge red stain on the floor. Couch had a nasty stain. Tables had stains. The lobby was trashy and the elevator! I would never stay there again. Sorry!

Wow! This was seriously the best hotel I have ever stayed at. If you’re a Hilton member you get 2 complimentary drinks during happy hour plus snacks! The pool was amazing and fun! The staff were so nice, the breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from. The room was clean and comfy. Over all an amazing stay!!! Will be coming back!!

We were coming for a relaxing night to go swimming with our 2 9yr old boys. The hotel had multiple teams staying in the hotel and the pool was at capacity & so loud and nuts we couldn't even go swimming. When hosting teams the hotel should look into doing wristbands with 1 hour time slots based on the teams schedules. This information could be found out ahead of time through the CS Manager at time of booking. There should be a quiet time for other hotel guests to use the pool peacefully. It was very disappointing 😞 that the entire reason for our stay we ended up not even being able to enjoy with our kids.

Dirty & Needs Updates.
Do not recommend. Cons: Not clean & needs many cosmetic repairs. •The curtains had dirt/stains. •The walls were fithy. •There was a hole (that someone punched) in the door •The wall has chipped paint/half patched cracks •The bathroom floor was not clean the air vents were covered in dust/lint There were stains on the sofa. •Sliding door was rusty & had a breeze coming in (it was -2 degrees out) •My child is allergic to dust mites & woke up with swollen eyes/wheezing/itchy skin. •Sofa bed has tons of springs popping out. There was no way someone could sleep on it. Pro: •The staff was kind. •Breakfast was good •Easy proximity to the highway

Not what was expected for a high end hotel
The good was our quick check in and great customer service. Had a smoke alarm chirping and maintenance was there within minutes to take care of it! Reception hour drinks were nice but the food was not impressive. I've been to a few others and they really went all out but I guess the area makes a difference. Now for the bad, our sofa sleeper was a bad accident waiting to happen! The couch looked like it was stapled together. Your a high end hotel, just replace this hazard before someone gets seriously injured! And last but not least, mold in the build is not ok! This just takes a hose, a scrub brush and some mold cleaner to clean that up. This degree of mold didn't happen overnight! Your Embassy Suites, you should be able to do better.

This hotel is disgusting! Everything was filthy from the moment I walked in and only got worse the more I looked. Trash everywhere, dusty , smelled bad , mold in the shower and sink area in the room. The drawers in the room had luggage tags and receipts from someone else. Blood on the sheets! The water didn’t work in the bathroom, only trickled. Over all everything was dirty, dated and dingy! The staff were rude at check in and when I had to go down 10 times because the key kept failing to open the room door. Pool was gross with brown crap floating in it! Overall the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I paid a premium thinking I could trust the Hilton name. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay and pass on this motel (definitely not a hotel lol)!!

Stayed here due to the code proximity to an event we were attending. Property was very clean, staff super friendly. Rooms are a bit dated, but spacious. Price was very fair. For future guests ice machines are on the 3rd, 4th and 5tg floors. Not clearly stated where they are in the room. Did not check out the pool but they have one.

I called and asked the front desk for help, she laughed and said "im the only one here. not going to happen" I understand that you may be short handed, but there is a professional way of saying that without being nasty and rude. So room service was nonexistent, anything I asked for in the evening, I was told no. So i stopped asking for anything. Other than rude night shift lady, the stay was pretty good. The younger gentleman on nights was great, he offered to turn on the waterfall when I was in the hot tub which was sweet of him. The bartenders and cook staff were great, I loved everything I ate. I felt 0 neeed to go out to eat anywhere but there. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean, I had all the ammenities I needed there. It was quiet, up until Thursday. They had a pool tournament going on, super loud, i had a really hard time sleeping and I was further away than most rooms. I feel bad for those who are there on business Thursday. I am sure they didn't sleep either with the noise- my suggestion is to make sure there are no events going on prior to booking. I gave up trying to sleep at 4 am and checked out early and left. The best breakfast ever. Cozy beds. Overall decent stay.

We asked for batteries for our tv remote control and were told they didn’t have any. They ran out of pool towels (was a holiday weekend) but we were continually told “30 mins, in 30 mins we’ll have more” but they never came so we used bath towels. The evening reception was a nice surprise, cocktails and appetizers. Breakfast attendant was VERY NICE and welcoming, very cheerful! The facility is old but nicely renovated and very spacious.

The room was clean and neat, quiet The things that we did not like, the tub in the bathroom didn't drain properly, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, the coffee pod maker was half broken, needs a Keurig in EVERY ROOM, outside the room in the hallways very dirty, carpet needs to be vacuumed, loved the hot tub and the pool, loved the breakfast and the gym thank for our stay

I loved the hotel it was very clean and staff gave excellent service. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I especially loved that they cooked omelettes.. I didn't like on my last night there only 1 elevator was working, and also that they charge $50 per night for accidental hold, other hotels that I have stayed at previously, they only charge $50 for your whole stay. Other than that my stay was wonderful
