“Top Notch Service”

The most impressive thing about this Embassy is the absolutely outstanding attitude and helpful nature of the staff. from the front desk to the maids, everyone was extremely pleasant. Nothing beats "service with a smile" and the feeling that there is a genuine appreciation for you choosing to stay at their hotel. Special kudos to Joseph the concierge, the entire front desk staff and the breakfast cook.

We found this Embassy Suites to be a very nice place to stay. We never got a chance to take advantage of the free evening cocktails, but the breakfast buffet was fabulous. More than enough options for any kind of breakfast. Staff all very nice and very helpful when we requested a change in rooms. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Nice location and easy drive into city.

Everything was fabulous-Breakfasts were great and happy hour wonderful and everyone working at the hotel were very professional. i only have one complaint-The mattress was way to mushy for me-Maybe it is time to get new mattresses-The room was spotless- Loved every minute----

“Birthday celebration”

Good central location. Staff very professional. My husband had a great time there on his birthday. We will be returning to this hotel the next time we are in the Detroit area. Southfield is very nice.

My husband and I came with our 4 grandchildren 7,9,10 and 12. Everyone was so helpful and we felt very safe. We went to a Tiger's game while we were there. Everyone said it was the best hotel we ever stayed at. The only little problem was that the pool was always filled, but overall it was the best. The complimentary evening snacks and breakfast were great. Also the price was a good deal.
