I had to take out my trash outside when it was full, when I needed towels I needed to go get them from the front desk and bring my towels to them. Rooms were horrible dirty, dusty . I took many pictures, microwave and oven were so dirty it was nasty to even use. On my first night here , I was awoken by another couple walking into my room, the front desk gave my room to another couple . When I called down to the desk , he stated I was in the wrong room. When I finally was able to talk to Ashley Thompson, she was very rude and when I made the comment that I suffer from PTSD, she chucked. She has no consideration for a customer concerns. The general manager gave me her card and stated that I could file a complaint. Stephanie Affholter was amazing and told me if I needed anything just to ask. I just went down to the front desk to get a print out of the bill, because Ashley said that the two days that she was going to take off my bill would be there the last day. Front desk said there was nothing on the computer. Also when using the air conditioner, black chunks flew out of it. I will be requesting a refund.

Absolutely filthy. The first room we were given had urine on the toilet, tables weren’t wiped down, and hadn’t been vacuumed. The doors were black with filth. We were shown another room. The bathroom had a strong urine odor and the room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. All these issues left us questioning what cleaning had been done, so we went to another hotel.

The bathroom was disgusting and dirty and dead bugs behind the door. The shower wouldn’t work my husband had to fix it so the water would come out. Rust on all appliances and smelled musty and gross. This place should be shut down permanently by the municipality.

This hotel is cost effective, in a nice area and the staff overall is helpful. My biggest problem with this hotel is the cleanliness. The carpets were stained throughout and I didn't feel comfortable even using the restroom.

I’ve stayed here for about 10 months back to back and some rooms are much cleaner than others. Beyond filthy in some rooms. I starting bring my own multi purpose cleaner to spot clean. This place has a full kitchen feature in all units so its also a place where the LOW INCOME come to stay when they are inbetween housing. I’ve seen the same dirty butt people here for months on in leaving there doors open letting their filthy room smells permeate the hallways. A month ago there was a huge ghetto fight between 15-20 people at 7:00 AM which forced me to be late for work because I wasn’t about to walk inbetween this confrontation that lasted about an hour with NO staff calling the police. I stay here because they never report me for smoking in their facilities. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a clean smoker; I don’t live here and smoke 2 packs of cigs a day for 3 months and then leave to have the same room not even cleaned and rented out to someone to deal with (aka ME). I’ve dealt with dirty sheets (stained), pillow cases, blood on the wall next to the toilet, fridges sssssooooo dirty I do more than spot clean. I’ve been rented occupied rooms and walked in on women by accident. Some rooms are missing furniture because they let a lower class of civilization stay here. Chunks of coffee tables gone because this place is “pet friendly”. Some people have smoked soooo much in these rooms when you turn on the AC chunks of resin fly out on occasion leaving your bedding ruined. I could keep goin

They overbooked the hotel and didn’t have our room available. So they sent us to the Extended Stay down the road saying they had rooms but when we got there they didn’t have rooms either. Originally I loved my stay and planned on booking here again however when I went over my credit card statement I noticed I was charged for the room again. I had already prepaid on Expedia and I was told when I left my credit card at the desk it was just for incidentals. When I called to straighten it out the man working the desk was rude claimed I was yelling at him and hung up on me. I attempted to deal with the hotel and their customer service several more times unsuccessfully before I ended up calling corporate to make a dispute.
