“Very Clean”

I love these hotels and try to stay in them where ever I travel .They are very clean and very quiet.Great value for what little they charge.

The hotel was easy to find, had attentive, friendly staff, looked and smelled very clean, and was reasonably priced; I will happily return.

“Good value for a mini-suite”

Room was very comfortable with plenty of space, but decoration a bit unimpressive. Pleasant staff; mediocre breakfast, good coffee, but no weekend service at all (for food). Good value for several night's stay. Table/desk was good sized and my husband was comfortable working there. Quiet, laid-back atmosphere. Would go there again.

“Good again on this stay”

I come to the Detroit area several times a year. This hotel has been consistently good in the areas that matter most: cleanliness and maintenance. I have no complaints and will stay here again

“Good basic room”

Room was clean and staff was nice. There is not a staff person on site 24 hours. Front desk locks up and goes home at a certain time. They also lock front door. Room serves all basic needs. No frills.

“Teach housekeepers to clean better”

Discovered dirty silverware on first day of 4 day stay. A knife looked as they had been used to cut meat and put back in the drawer. A couple spoons also looked as though used for soup and put back without being rinsed. Several stray hairs and some type of dried soap were left on the tub shower walls. The physical condition of the room and hotel were good but the cleanliness of this room was poor.

“Bad bad hotel”

I make a reservation with double bed room. WhenI was in hotel, the hotel staff told me there was not guarantee double bed room. When I asked him about if hotel still have double bed, he said yes but have to pay extra. We felt this hotel was cheating on us.
