Next Time, I'll Just Pitch A TentPosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Quick summary... The bed was so hard I thought I was in basic training again, the hallway carpet was stained from the maintenance room all the way down the hall like somebody failed CSI cleanup; and forget about using the free WiFi. It's like using Sprint 3G at a football game. Actual speeds were typically around 450Kbps down / 100Kbps up.

disgusting!!Posted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
I traveled to Michigan for a devastating event, the funeral of my brother-in-law whom was murdered and to end the night in a disgusting room literally made me cry. Would have left but it was prepaid.

Not nightmarish but could use some updating. First room reeked of smoke but they were able to get me a second room very quickly. Everything "worked" in the room, but the place was showing its age. Hallways had stain splotches on the carpet, foyer smelled like take-out food, nightstand was scratched and looked like something (?) had gnawed on a corner! The kitchenette and bath counters were white (bad choice in the first place) and had stains on them, but things seemed generally clean. Bare-bones toiletries: two cakes of soap. (You have to ask if you need shampoo, conditioner, etc.) The place felt more like a Dickensian boarding house than an executive extended-stay inn. Regardless, the room itself (my second room, at least) seemed fairly clean.

Good price, with excellent staffPosted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: I liked the location, the staff was friendly and kind, and the kitchen in the room was a nice bonus.
Cons: The "grab & go breakfast" left MUCH to be desired. It was the same, limited selection everyday, and only for a couple hours, very early in the morning
I booked three rooms for my family, and was thrilled to discover our room had a kitchen, and that we were close to shopping centers, and stores.
