“Not At All Impressed”

Room was dusty. Requested Extra Blankets and a few pillows-NONE. Other than the great location, this place wasn't so great. Won't be back!

We were told theyhad a pool for our children. When we got there, they tell us the pool is outside!. It is Thanksgiving! The room and bathroom were dirty. The breakfast was good for continental.

“Good standard hotel”

I was pleased with our stay at the Fairfield Inn. Staff was very friendly and even let us use their computer in the back office to print off some information we needed.

“not very satisfied”

When we found our room,before we even went inside u could see inside it&the light was on (kinda scared me some because I thought someone else was in there) when we went in &discovered noone else was there we seen that it wasn't well cleaned before we got there. There was a used water bottle on the desk &the bathroom was very clean either. When I took a shower the water didn't drain very well &I had a good 6" of standing water in the tub with me. Again I wasn't very satisfied&very dissapointed bc me &my husband have 2 kids and don't get out hardly at all.

“no name”

We had to ask for towels and toilet paper the carpets were filthy and did not tell us that they hold $40.00 on your charge said there was a letter at front desk but was never shown it. Would never go back there is you paid me.

“Comfortable, convenient, congenial”

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is comfortable and conveniently located, however, finding it was a bit of a challenge since it "hides" behind another business. Clearly visible from the expressway, it is invisible from the access road! Once found, it was very nice. The outdoor pool is lovely and comfortable (in August). :) Our choice was made by the good price for hotels in this area. We were not disappointed.

Area recommendations

Stay away from downtown Pontiac. Other areas/towns nearby have much to offer! Attractions are too numerous to mention. Best of all, my family lives there!

When to go

Late summer, DTE Muic center, The Palice, They say, Limo or drive, limo perf. Grosse Pointe Choch*** Take your pic, there is more than you can enjoy it's all so good.

Getting around

If you dont know the area do a town car. you will be so pleased. gain I recomend Grosse Pointe Choch, ask for Hassan. Tell him Michael recomended you. Enjoy

“Satisfied”

I was in Michigan on business for 10 days.... Room was decent, breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly, it served it's purpose. Would I stay there if I was on vacation? Probably not! But for the price and my purpose it was fine.

Area recommendations

Definitely go to Clarkston..... Beautiful little town and some great BBQ at the Wood Shop. Also if you can get to Detroit.... Some of the best Cuban Food I've ever had at Vicentes

“Fair Value”

The Hotel is clean and in a convienient location for the Auburn Hills area. For the price, this hotel is a great value. Have stayed here 3 times before. Easy to get on an off I-75. Hotel staff has been very nice each stay.
