Convenient location for my needs. We could not access Netflix and the front desk was to call us back and never did. The mini fridge wasn't very cold and no dial to adjust. The bathroom sink faucet was hard to move and sounded like it might break.

The kids were looking forward to swimming at the hotel, but the water was way too cold and the kids were shivering. We didn't get to use the pool as much as we wanted due to the cold temp. The breakfast was good, but ended too early so half of us didn't get any.

Property was decently clean. There was loud children on our floor who were messing with a luggage cart until the early morning hours. Also, it smelled like marijuana badly on our floor which made it come into our room. We put a towel to cover the crack under the door but this did not help. Would love for sticking to the no smoking policy in the hotel.

Exceeded expectations
No matter what hotel I stay in the US, no matter the brand, almost 100% of them use paper, plastic and styro for their breakfast service. Also, paper and plastic cups in the rooms. The waste is staggering and frustrating as it's impossible to avoid without bringing your own table service. Other than that, our experience exceeded expectations. The staff was excellent--helpful and friendly, cleanliness was spot on, the room was very quiet, decor was pleasing, and the location served our needs very well.

However, we have been in talks about changing a lot of things around here with suggestions like these, so please keep these coming. The girl was very helpful upon checking in. I couldn't carry over a certain amount because of my arm(i tried and left it at front desk and told her i would come right back and get it). She delivered it to my room and with a bottle of water. Nice variety for breakfast and hot foods. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

This is middle of the bell curve. While I wanted to like this place, the main issue is that it was built in that period of super cheap hotel construction a couple decades ago - thin walls and floors, slow elevators. It was just adequate. Staff was fine.
