Middle of the road

It was an ok hotel. I expected more amenities for the price. Located right next to Greek town and about two blocks from the People Mover which will get you to most spots in downtown Detroit. The room was clean, bed was pretty firm.

A nice place to stay.

Excellent comfortable bed! I'm the original princess & the pea. Nice room and great view of Ren-cen. But don't plan on eating there. Ran out of eggs and still wanted to charge 12.95$ for breakfast. The staff at the check in/out was great tho and recommended a great alternative.

The hotel was a great deal and stay for our trip to Detroit. Only two blocks away from Ford field and Comerica park.

Nice hotel, but loud bar band

Posted Sep 14, 2014
The hotel itself was excellent, however there was either a band or DJ downstairs or in a nearby bar that could be heard quite clearly until almost 2am.

Birthday Weekend

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: The beds were not comfortable and even though ours was suppose to be a sleep number, it did not work.
Location: Comerica Park and the casino
We stayed at the Hilton Downtown because it was my husbands birthday and it was within walking distance to Comerica Park. The location was fantastic.

jazz festival

Pros: Great staff - comfortable bed.
Cons: Coffee maker in-room failed to work. No exhaust fan in bathroom
Location: Jazz clubs - Casinos - COBO
Attended the Detroit Jazz Festival. Bit of a hike to Hart Plaza - couple blocks from the People Mover and it is great. Super-Comfortable mattress. Very gracious hosts in all areas. Breakfasts were To-Order and the food and service were tops. Food price very reasonable - excellent cooks.
