Great location right near Greektown

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: We wanted to eat out in Greektown so it was a short 5 minute walk.
Cons: Check in was slow, so was trying to buy some refreshments. Staff were very friendly though.
Location: Stayed one night on our way to Chicago. I would stop here again.
Nice enough hotel with really comfortable beds. We didn't eat in the hotel or use any other services so I can't comment on much. Free wifi was good. Got charged for valet parking even though we self parked.

Nice clean hotel. A bit of a cost for the room we had, guess I expected a little better room for the price but it is close to EVERYTHING. We will be staying here every time we go to Detroit for a game/event.

Nice hotel Downtown Detroit

Posted May 28, 2014
Cons: The air/furnace in the room turned on and off, on and off all night long. Very noisy. Kept me up but when I turned it off it was way to hot.
Location: Detroit Tigers, Lion and Red Wings, Downtown.
Nice Hotel, Great location. Easy to check in and out. Valet parking was nice with in & out privileges (though is cost extra) Keurig in the room. Sleep Number beds.

Close to good restaurants and the ballpark.

Posted May 24, 2014
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is nice and quiet. There is a nice little bar with good food and drink.
Cons: The pool is small and not real appealing due to being in the basement. It's always nice to see the sun outside when you are in a pool.
Location: Great location with bars, restaurants, music venues and ballpark nearby. Easy walk to the Riverwalk too.
Very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice location. Convenient walking distance to Comerica Park, Ford Field, and Greektown Casino. Only wish that parking was included.

So close to everything. A 5 minute walk to Comerica and all of our other favorite places in downtown. We have stayed here a few times and love the staff and location.

Wonderful experience. Food was great staff was very helpful. Only confusion was how to get into the parking lot when the tour bus is blocking the entrance sign.

Rude staff ruined it.

Great location near Detroit sports arenas - but front desk staff & valets had a real attitude. The front desk staff especially acted as if I was a nuisance when I checked in. The hotel was fine, but I will never go back thanks to the chip-on-the-shoulder attitudes. A guest should NEVER be treated like an inconvenience to the staff.

Great location

Pros: Valet service, hotel staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic
Cons: The only problem I had was tracking down the valet a couple times to get into our vehicle.
Location: We came for a NHL game, which was a 13 minute train ride, also near by is Comerica park which is within walking distance.
Having never been to Detroit, the lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helped us find our way around.
