“Good for shopping”

We stayed at this hotel the beginning of December thinking that it would be packed for all the shoppers, but thankfully it wasn't bad. The hotel was very nice and the cookies at the front desk were wonderful. The location was great for shopping. They have a breakfast bar in the morning (for a price) that is wonderful and the service at the breakfast bar was the best. We will visit there again.

“Great Stay”

We were in town for an event at the Suburban Collection and the location was perfect. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

“Unpleasant and RUDE!”

As soon I stepped in the Hotel to check-in, the woman at the front desk made me wait 10mins so she can order her lunch over the phone! The room was nice and sorta clean expect the bathroom. There was this nasty sticky stuff around the corners (I don't want to even know what it was) of the shower floor. The refrigerator would not work and it would sit there make noises all day and night. The bed mattress was not firm or soft but simply rock hard. I still can feel it in my back! I would not recommend staying here and I'm not going back again.

Area recommendations

Best side of Detroit would be City of Novi. Safe and many shopping centers located in one area. Many restaurants and entertainment places.

“Great Location, very comfortable room”

My sisters and I stayed here 3 nights while attending a wedding. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby plus the Twelve Oaks Mall virtually within walking distance. Rooms were very comfortable with absolutely fabulous beds and a good pillow selection. You can adjust the mattress to be either harder or softer. A computer room off the lobby allows you to print off boarding passes, check email etc. Breakfast was very good with a good range of foods. We did not see anyone having dinner in the restaurant probably because there are so many restaurant options within a 2 mile radius. Would definitely stay here again.

“Terrific place!”

We arrived on a quiet Sunday afternoon and checked out on Monday- a wonderful relaxing overnight stay without all the gimmicks that we try to endure from some hotels. If I was a shopper- right across from the mall, and the grounds are maintained beautifully so I could wander and enjoy the greenery. I really enjoyed the place, the staff was terrific and I would go back without hesitation next time I head toward Novi. A little hard to find at first because it is tucked behind the mall- but wow- once we got there, relaxed and headed for bed- I was ready for a full business day on Monday! Great price, fantastic place, and I felt very safe- a concern for a woman traveler.

“Novi's Best Hotel”

This was a very nice hotel, very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very accomodating. They also had a very nice breakfast buffet, but it was a little pricy.
