I was very impressed by the size of the room. The whole Hotel was spacious and the cleanest property I have been in. It is very new, the staff are very good. Had no issues with this property. Would be sure to stay there again when in the area.

My key card opened another room's door by mistake. I wouldn't call that safe but everything else was perfect.

I loved the way the room looked. It seemed updated and modern. I do wish there was some signage in the room with basic information like breakfast times, check out times, etc... But overall great stay and would stay again

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, room wise. Room was clean, bed was comfy, it was very warm and cozy. Room was super cute too. The only thing I didn’t get to try out was the pool and hot tub.

It was a good stay, but I had issues with the door. My room key stopped working because the door battery died. They forgot we were in the room and tried fixing the dead battery the next morning while we were sleeping at 9:30 am. Besides that the stay was pleasant.

My Wife Laurie and I recently stayed at this property. My wife has mobility issues and we requested a walk in shower. We were disappointed with the single hand held shower head and with the wrong shower curtain, water leaked all over the floor creating an unsafe situation. One of the 2 room darkening power shades didn't work and the first night the room was flooded with light from adjoining parking lot lights. Hotel management was made aware of the blinds, and attempted to repairs them, without success. Both nights adjoining room guests were loud and partying until 3:30am. When we called the front desk to complain about the noise, the night desk clerk said there were many groups renting other rooms and that there was nothing they could do. Consequently, my wife and I did not have a restful stay at this property, and will not return in the future. When we checked out, the front desk clerk suggested we contact Expedia as that was who we booked the room with originally. We look forward to hearing from Expedia.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom would not shut off and would make a very load sound peridocally as if the blades of the fan were hitting something. I asked for help from the help desk and received nothing.

Some creepy guy living in his truck hanging out in the lobby. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep at all on it. disappointed the restaurant was closed down- you should make sure people know this.

Weekend getaway
From checking to check out, all the staff were amazing!!!! Super nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and more. I loved how the front desk was always attended by someone and they were always saying hi and how are you, is everything ok. The room was pretty clean, pool was nice and breakfast was a very decent size. Not just muffins. Will definitely stay here again.

So so not worth $150 a night
It was ok , our ac unit would not get hot or get super hot then we couldn’t turn it off . Also for a “soundproof” room the people on the floor with us were so loud Saturday night ! Other than that it was fine

The hotel was good, relatively clean and new. However, the front desk employee was less then friendly and almost borderline rude. Our room was handicap accessible, which we did not request, and I could not get the blinds to work and was not able to turn the heat on so the room was quite chilly. The towels were ripped with holes.

This hotel was very clean and updated. It was apparently full while we were there but I couldn't hear a thing and I am usually a light sleeper. Only complaint is they intentionally did not give us enough towels. We had 4 people and they would only give us 3 and would make us come and ask for one more each day. Not cool.
