No internet

We stayed one night there was no wifi staff said they have problems with internet and they don't know when it will be fixed very disappointed that they didn't let me know at reception when checked in wasted my one night.

Close to amenities

Pros: Price and location
Cons: Needs a bit of a face lift and the sink would gurgle when the toilet upstairs would be flushed. A Bit weird but a nice hotel.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping
Good hotel, nice helpful staff. The kids liked the pool, and it was close to amenities.

Family Gathering

Pros: It was fairly clean.
Cons: The pool policy would be a good thing to change or inform people before they arrive.
Location: The location was a good one. Many things to see and things to do.
We had planned this trip to see family. I was a time that was a vacation and a time to see family. We even upsized our normal room to a pool side one. Our plans were spoiled when the staff at the front desk informed me that we would need wrist bands to get into the pool area even if we were just sitting. We were planing a huge gathering just 3 extra people that weren't staying at the motel. This would have been a good thing that could have been mentioned on their site. The sitting area around the pool had no food or drinks. So, our plans had to be changed. It made for a disappointing time.

Great staff - building has seen better days

My stay was short but the staff made me feel like I was home. The room was clean but unimpressive. The celings are very low which makes the room feel very small, though it was not. The facility was undergoing renovations at the time of my stay, so you may have a better experience.

Overnight w/ daughter & 2 grandsons.

Pros: Proximity to events.
Cons: Fridge in room, heated pool, more towels at pool, easier internet access.
Location: Livonia, MI due to relative's birthday party.
Indoor pool was the draw, but the water was too cold! No fridge in room & no ice nearby. Room spacious & convenient. No towels at pool on Sun. B'fast OK.

A lot of kids running the hallways, in the pool, and hot tub. Poolside rooms are very loud due to all the kids.

Upset, was never told hot tub would not be in use!

Don't plan to book on Sunday if your wanting to use hot tub. Was never told they empty hot tub in morning and we were not able to use until Monday morning and it wasn't even warm at that time. Made complaint but manager never returned call.

Dear Traci, I apologize that you were unable to use the hot tub during your stay on Sunday night. After a busy weekend we needed to drain, clean & refill the hot tub to keep it clean for our guests. The water does take awhile to warm up & you are correct you should have been informed when you checked in. Stay was hindered by hard to find elevator and the fact that the hotel staff did not clean my room once during my entire stay. No new towels, nothing done inside the room.
