Our room was freezing when we got there. There was no heat on and the unit said 42 degrees.

First I would like to address the bathroom it is freezing cold even tho u have the heat on 85 the pillows are too soft now let's address the housekeeping slamming doors this early n the morning one young lady was on her cell phone having a conversation on speaker 😤talking very loud the breakfast is horrible straight out of a plastic bag veggie and cheese omelet last but not least Candace at the front desk is horrible counting the money incorrect I wanted to give no stars but I figured I needed to b fair bcuz Holiday Inn she was not I hope if I ever return here Candace is not at the front desk

Conveniently located. The room was not as clean as I expected. Dirt, dust, and trash beneath the headboard of the bed (under bed). Cleaning is needed everywhere, even in places you think guests may not see.

Nice hotel except the air-conditioner didn't cool well and ran all night and with it running it gave off a slight oily smell.

I reserved the room for my sister and 2 nieces. They said the room looked kind of dirty, like it was only lightly cleaned. It smelled smoky, like stale cigarettes. They didn’t have enough towels, but some were brought up. The breakfast was good.

I requested a non-smoking room which I assume all are, right? It clearly was not. I realize ppl do things they are not supposed to do but you as the management needs to deal with odors from smoking. I was miserable and became phlegmy and sure didn't get much sleep. Keurig did not work.
