Nice stay in cute Building

Great stay. The only negative thing I would say is that the door near our room was out of order because of ice. So our walk to the room was super long and some people still tried to use that door and it made a horrible sound right next to our room. Staff was great and movie selection was nice for the kids. ..wonderful pool. Probably the biggest indoor pool I have seen in a hotel. Breakfast was nice also.

Nicer hotel than I'd expected!

I booked a king suite with a fireplace for my fiancé and I to celebrate Valentine's day. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely appointed with two TV's, a microwave and refrigerator, a 2 person jacuzzi bathtub, and a very comfortable bed!

Nt to good , the rooms were "Worn Out' , when you stay in A holiday Inn you expect everything to be new and clan ... instead it kind of reminded me of a ;Old' cheaper hotel . the breakfast Sucked too .

Disappointed as a returning guest

Stayed at this hotel before. My room was placed at the far end of the hotel from the rest of my party. The air conditioner did not work very well and the room was a little musty. Also, some large centipedes in the room that I had to evict with prejudice. Not sure if I will stay again.

Housekeeping could do better

I've stayed at this hotel before and was surprised that housekeeping dropped the ball by placing towels in my room that had very obvious stains on them when you walked into the bathroom. Front desk replaced immediately but next day housekeeping did not replace the used towels that were removed and had to go back to front desk to get more towels. Disappointed.

The hotel rooms were clean and the service was great. The complimentary breakfast was nice and exactly what we needed after a night out!

Nice hotel close to downtown Detroit

Went to a concert at Joe Lewis Arena. $30 cab ride away. Nice, clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast was so so, but would definitely stay again.

We have many guest that stay with us that travel to downtown. Maybe one day the city will should come up with a shuttle to the downtown area that would be nice. I will pass the comments regarding the breakfast. Thanks for sharing.
