Convenient to the airport

Pros: Location to airport was very good and they had a very good breakfast.
Cons: Even in a handicap room the bed could have been more comfortable.
Location: Convenient to airport and a few restaurants.
We had last minute change in plans and had to find a hotel quick late in the evening. No problem making a reservation here but we were put in a handicap room so the bed was very low and rather flat and hard. Other than that everything was clean and spacious.

cold & hot

Arrived about 1:30 AM to a cold room (heat turned off) turned on heater & a few hours later awoke to a hot room. Thermostat didn't work on heater so wound up cycling unit off to keep reasonable temperature. Didn't know until about 3 AM, so hotel staff didn't have an opportunity to switch rooms or investigate.

Close to airport for early morning flight

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 6:00am flight so we booked 2 rooms as there was 6 adults & we walked over to the grill restaurant next door & had a great dinner. We stay here all the time with their park & stay program.

Wouldn't Recommend It

We were a late arrival. Desk staff (man) was not friendly and offered no information, had to ask about everything. Had reserved a king room and ended up with two queens. Air conditioner didn't cool room very well even tho' we had it on the highest setting. The free breakfast buffet was non existent. Went down 1/2 hour before it was due to close. There were no eggs, waffles (maker broken), and not much else to choose from left. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this hotel when others close by are so much better.

We apologize that you experienced a problem with your A/C unit and always encourage that any issue be brought to our attention right away so that we can do what it takes to make things right. Our complimentary breakfast hours are between 5:30 AM and 9:30 AM and all breakfast items should be available up until that very last minute at 9:30 AM. We are very sorry if this was not the case for you and will be monitoring breakfast to ensure this is not an ongoing issue. We are hopeful to have a second chance to provide you with the service you deserve.
