“Ryan's 1st to Canada”

The hotel was wonderful. The only downside to the trip was the limitation on flight times and having to change 3 times. But it was worth it!

“Very pleasantly surprised.”

The staff was friendly and prompt. The hotel is lobby is pleasant and welcoming and very clean. Our room was nicely furnished with 2 queen beds and very quiet heating/ventilation system. Amenities are also excellent and the 24 hour restaurant attached to the hotel was just right for breakfast or dinner or just a drink. Definitely a place to stay in Windsor if casino is not a requirement.

“Holiday Inn & The Grill - both highly recommended”

This was our first stay in Windsor... we usually book with the Hilton. The one in Windsor did not have the type of room we needed so we tried the Holiday Inn and are so glad that we did! The service was great - the restaurant was amazing! The pool water was the perfect temperature, very clean, tons of fresh towels!!

“Average”

I wasn't impressed that they initially checked me into a room that was surrounded by a traveling youth sports team that had no concept of noise control. Although I had to ask to be moved, the hotel was prompt in getting me settled into a new room. Other than this, the service was great.... the elevator was EXTREMELY sloooow.
