excellent staff and service, we really enjoyed the pool and the onsite restaurant

The hotel itself is very nice - location was great. Pool was clean and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding in selection and quality of food. Kitchen staff and front desk staff were great. We stayed 2 nights - our family suite was large and clean. Our only down side was that our room was not cleaned and towels refreshed so we had an excess of old towels and had to ask for new towels ourselves. Not a big deal in itself, and we did leave the room later around 12:30 - but when we came back later that night, there was a 'busy, do not disturb' insert on our door handle which we had not placed there - ours was still in our uncleaned room. Nothing that would prevent us from staying there again, but still somewhat inconvenient - we assumed that since we left later that morning, we disrupted the cleaning schedule...

The hotel was okay except for one disappointment...we were assigned a room right across from the ice maker room so we didn't get a good night's sleep because it was very noisy throughout the night. We are seniors so a quieter room would have been better for us...maybe assign the younger guests to the noisy rooms!!
