Good value for Ann ArborPosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Location, value, room was good.
Cons: Parking lot can get full very early and had to look for parking like Dupont Circle in DC on a Friday night. Also, the elevators are very slow.
Location: Ann Arbor is only about 20 minutes away and a much better value than paying high prices for much lesser hotels closer to campus.
Stayed there this past weekend for the Michigan home opener. Only about 20 minutes from campus. Good overall experience including good breakfast buffet.

Excellent Hotel!Posted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is amazing and is in the beautiful suburb of Detroit called Livonia. Livonia has to be one of the best looking suburbs I have seen. The hotel connects to a nice shopping mall. There are many restaurants in the area, stores and other hotels. When I return to the Detroit area again the Marriott Livonia will be definitely my place of choice.

Next to the MallPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our room was relatively small for a King with a sofa sleeper, but it was clean. Staff members were pleasant. There's a small lobby shop for sodas and snacks in addition to the main bar/restaurant. The hotel is connected to Laurel Village shopping mall with many F&B options and shops.

Not up to Marriott flagship brand standardPosted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Room cleanliness
Cons: Staff. Management.
OK stay, reasonable price, but no lobby, indifferent staff, highway noise, no business center -- definitely NOT expected of "Marriott" vs their second-tier brands. Purchased pre-paid breakfast which was mistake as line more than an hour long. Disappointed.
