After three years still under construction rooms are a mess, they missed my wake up call.

I was given a room that opens directly into the lobby, you could hear everyone talking outside, watching tv and checking in. The mirror was smudged everywhere. The blankets had brown/black marks covering about a 2-3 square foot area, the side table was covered in gunk and still wet, the drawer to that table was broken open, with a white grainy substance all over it. I immediately left, checked out and submitted a refund request. Don’t stay here, you will have a better experience anywhere else.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and provided proper and clear information when needed. Currently in renovations and a lot of mess around the property

The rating on the app must have been very outdated. Either the property was being renovated or condemned. The hallway carpet had cardboard and duct tape over a transition area, hallway carpet was filthy, window drape hanging off one end, shear torn, tub no finish left on it. Check in was on at a card table but staff was very friendly. They put us on a quiet floor, hate to guess what was happening elsewhere. We had no choice but to stay as late & no cancellations. Heating smelled awful so slept in clothes and was cold all night.

No breakfast, place is not clean overall. Even if there is renovation work still they can maintain a decent level of cleanliness

Floors were not clean like they hadn't been swept, there was hair on the bathroom floor from previous guest. Walls are really thin, could hear the tv next to me all night long.
