Another good stay at the Quality Inn, Southfield. We continue to return to this hotel because of the great service we receive. The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay in January,but we were never inconvenienced by noise, dirt or other aspects of construction. We will certainly stay here again.

A trip down memory lane

This was my first trip back to the area I grew up in as a child since I got married in 1979. As I was searching for a hotel to stay at in the area, I got extremely discouraged with each hotel chain charging an upfront security fee of anywhere from $60 to $100 cash in addition to the regular room rate. I was happy that your chain did not charge such an outragious rate and did not automatically assume that I would steal your ammenities or do damage to the room. Overall our stay was good. Room was clean, continental breakfast had a good selection, and your staff was helpful and courteous. On our next visit to the area we will definitely consider staying at your hotel again.

Hidden gem

Pros: Breakfast was nice. Décor was pleasant. Hotel was quiet. Convenient location to work.
Everything was wonderful. Not sure why the price was so low because the value, quality, and comfort were all there. Price was comparable to other hotels in the area that had terrible reviews.
