“Very Nice Hotel at a Very Good Price”
We had a family emergency and needed a hotel in this area. Had always driven by the hotel as a child but never stayed there. It was very nice. The facility was in a very good condition -- not glamorous but you could tell it had been recently updated. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff but when we did they were very courteous and helpful.
“Will definetely return”
My daughter and I stay only one night, we were disappointed that we couldn't stay longer. The sleep number beds were very comfortable. Overall stay was terrific.

The staff made the visit extremely satisfying. I've had plenty of things to worry about. The room was good and the service made it work.

“I would stay again”
I did not get to take a swim as I would have liked but it was nice to see they had a pool. My room was clean and just what I needed. Great night sleep! The drive to my business meeting the next day was further than I expected but the hotel itself was exactly what I needed.
“Convenient location”
The hotel was in a convenient location near Birmingham and Troy. The reservation was as I booked it. I did not use any of the hotel amenities (such as the pool, restaurants, etc.) so I cannot rate the quality of the overall amenities. Although I had indicated in the instructions that we were celebrating our anniversary, there was no mention of it when we checked in nor was there any special touch attached to our stay. Based on my experience, the hotel property was above average and the customer service was average.
“Not so sure”
I was expecting to find information about the city of Bloomfield and surrounding town (activities, restaurant,...) in the loby but there was nothing. So cold environment, not fun to stay. You take your breakfast in a little place that does not belong to the hotel. You cannot put the tab on your room bill. Room clean, cleaning crew friendly.
