adequate for a stop over

Pros: location and price
Cons: remove old carpet and replace with flooring, cleaning
Location: near tel twelve mall
area was in safe business section but over looking the expressway so noisy. small but did have a microwave and fridge. they used a lot of Febreez and the bathtub need refinished.

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The carpet was dirty and bathtub kept backing up.

Rooms Not Clean & front desk rep is rude to custom

- rooms are dirty not clean, bed bugs got rashes too. - at this location morning representative accepts Costco membership for discount but evening representative (lady) won't accept & deny's & ignores Costco membership. As a customer I do not understand the rules for discounts, how come morning lady is accepting & evening lady simply tells me that she won't accept & do not know how to process discount. Next time I recommended to talk to morning rep & learn how to process Costco discounts but she clearly says that she won't process. Seriously Redroof Inn management has to look into this & make sure they're should be a clear process on discounts or they have up train front desk representatives to fullfill there responsibilitie.

Cons: NEEDS TO BE REMODELED.
THE BATHTUB WAS PEELING, THE TOILET WAS NOT FLUSHING RIGHT, THE ROOM HAD PATCHES ALL AROUND THE TOP. ROOM #108 NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN & REMODELED.

Pros: Comfortable bed with a nice working air conditioner.
In town for a business dinner and a place to rest afterwards without a need of fancy amenities at a very affordable cost.

I've stayed at this location RED ROOF a few times and it just gets more disappointing each time. Hair in the shower and a couple of others mishaps did not exactly make for the best stay. I checked out before morning and decided to stay else where.

The Red Roof Inn was okay for the price. The room wss a bit too warm and I experienced trouble maintaining a wi fi connection. It was also difficult to locate. Overall, a 2.5.

My first stay about a week and a half ago was not that good the room was hot and uncomfortable turning the air on did not help. My recent stay was wonderful the room was comfortable, although I miss the comforters the stay was enjoyable

Just Right for our needs

The room was very comfortable and, tho, close to a large highway, the noise level was not bad at all. We were in a handicap room, though did not need it, personally. However, noticed that all of the handrails in the tub area would be no no help to one stepping out of the tub, as they are too low....only for one in a wheel chair. One bar should be placed about 3 or 4 feet up, to hold as one standing can have stability when stepping out.
